What are weekends away with family and friends without a friendly game of tennis? Werrington Homestead has recently installed a championship sized tennis court surfaced with the same concrete surfacing as the US Open tennis courts.  With big, bright night lights, the court all night long. Just don’t disturb the local wildlife with “McEnroe style” tantrums! Please bring your own tennis racquets. We do provide a bag of tennis balls for your use during your stay but you may prefer to bring your own.  

There’s also a practice wall to warm-up on before your match. But if tennis is not your thing there’s a basketball hoop for shoot-outs.

And if none of the above suits… hit the sunset viewing deck with an icy cold beer in Summer or a big glass of rich red vino in winter.
